FAQ:

When will I know what course I am on?
The organiser will advise hosts on the Wednesday week prior to the night or as early as possible.  Once the hosts are confirmed, the others will be advised by email the prior weekend.  If you do not find out, then ring the co-ordinator.

I am on soup / starters, what do I bring?
When you have been told you are on soup / starters, that means that there will be eight people at dinner.  Someone else will be preparing an entree, main course & dessert.  Size accordingly.
Once again, you will be advised on catering numbers, bring dessert and 2-3 bottles wine / juice / beer.

I am on entree, what do I bring?
You will be advised as to how many people you are catering for (normally 6-8).
If you are catering for six you can bring your choice of entree, soup, starters or nibbles.  If you are planning to bring nibbles, please let the co-ordinator know in case the host is organising some.
If you are catering for seven or eight then please be aware that there is someone on soup or starters so please prepare appropriate sized dishes.  Check the list to be sure:  look for the home you are going to and see if someone else is on starters for that home.
Also, please bring 2-3 bottles of wine / juice / beer.

I am on dessert, what do I bring?
Once again, you will be advised on catering numbers, bring dessert and 2-3 bottles wine / juice / beer.

I am confused when there is 8 people
With eight going, the host has extra food to prepare, so we make the main course smaller.  One guest brings dessert for 8 (with no drinks), and the remaining two will be split between starters (nibbles) or soup and the other on entree, both of whom bring drinks as above for 4 people - now 2-4 bottles of wine etc.

I am the host, what do I supply?
You supply the main course for the allotted number, no nibbles or drinks other than coffee / tea and after-dinner mints or such like.  Please note that if you are catering for 8, this will be a four course meal, so please make the mains smaller than usual.

What time?
Unless advised differently, please arrive by 6:30 p.m.

Where do I go?
You will be expected to look at this web page after 5p.m. or you will be rung between 5:30 and 6pm with an address.

Can I look here to find out where to go?
At approximately 5 p.m. on the night of the fellowship event, the host address will be added to the information below.
