Policies & Procedures

The following documents are the work of the New Zealand districts of the Rotary Youth Exchange programme.  The documents are common throughout New Zealand and have been modified superficially to be District 9970 documents.  The documents form part of the documents required for District 9970 to be a certified Youth Exchange district.

Abuse & Harassment

The main document is the Health & Well Being Policy & Procedure Manual.  It contains references to the following documents: Police Vetting of Rye Volunteers, Code of practice for the Pastoral Care of International Students, International tensions, Travel Guidelines & Rules, Early Termination of an Exchange, Youth Volunteer Declaration and Application to become a RYE host family.

Insurance

The Insurance information is on a separate page.

OUTBOUND:
New Zealand Students leave with full Insurance.  This is the policy document.
The Insurance claim form is at QBE.

INBOUND:
Inbound Students can take our QBE StudentCare Insurance
